Policies

Late Fee – $5. Clients that are more than 20 minutes late may be required to cancel and/or reschedule.

Cancelation fee – $20 per dog. We require a 2 business day notice to reschedule an appointment.

Rewashing fee – $5 – $20. Please walk your pet and allow them to go to the bathroom prior to grooming appointments. Grooming can be stressful for some pets.

Dematting fee – $10+ If your pet requires extra brushing due to matting we may charge a fee for the extra time it takes. Dematting can be a stressful and painful process, please brush your pet's hair daily to avoid matted hair.

Special Handling fee – $10+. Pet(s) that bite, act aggressive, or require extra assistance to stand.

Please inform us if your pet might require special handling, in particular if your pet has a history of biting or is aggressive towards other dogs.
